Quinta do Pinhão

Quinta do Pinhão is located 20 minutes from the center of Lisbon, south of the Tagus, all near the longest beach in Portugal (Costa da Caparica Beach, about 30 kms); It is surrounded by a vast pine forest that forms part of the European Union Nature Reserve and twelve magnificent golf courses, four of which are less than 10 minutes drive away. 

Your privacy will have plenty of space in Quinta do Pinhão, with a total land area of 76 hectares, 38 protected pine forest area and 38 residential urban area. 

In the countryside, near the beach and the city, Quinta do Pinhão is a reference project with an author's architecture of modern lines, which offers all the comfort and functionality. Renowned authors were invited to participate on the project and challenged to create a new "city” in the middle of nature, having coherence and architectural harmony has the main goals.
