Monteverde is private condominium within the Lisbon South Bay’s district of Seixal, just under 20 kilometers from central Lisbon (Marquês de Pombal) by highway and 10 kilometers away from the beach.Monteverde is conceptualised in a preserved and regulated natural reserve with 110 hectares of peace and tranquility.
You may choose between three types of residences:
- The 98 isolated villas are thoughtfully distributed in the contouring plots of the residential area to benefit from views of the nature and golf course. They all offer unique typologies T4 which means 4 bedrooms and the plots vary between 600 sqm and 1200 sqm;
- The 60 terraced villas divided into three squares of twenty houses each with a large central square creating a layer of natural intimacy between neighbours. Each terraced villa is inserted into a plot between 210 sqm and 245 sqm with a built-in patio with frontal and back view. They are available from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms.
- The apartments are distributed in 33 blocks of 6 apartments per block, with two on each floor. Each block has individual garage access and elevators. Tipologies range from studio size to 3 bedrooms, with several duplexes. The surface areas range from 120 sqm to 150 sqm.
